This website was created in order to inform all parties in the employer-sponsored immigration process of the many avenues available to achieving their goals. There are flowcharts that list the paths to immigration in employment in the United States and this information can be compared to an additional flowchart detailing immigration in Japan, another business focused economy. This can be used as a centralized source of information on these different paths that is visually represented along with the links included to the visa description.  There are also included interviews in order to give a personal and first-hand looks into the immigration process.
